Great friendly staff and upscale pub fare. The Whiskey selection was solid as well! Definitely will be back for more craft beer specials.

Fun times and good food. Highlight are all the wings and charming wait staff.

One star is one too many. The service made up for the lack of watered-down draft beer. The food was so unseasoned and the 3 types of gin they had was unheard of! They didn't even have the most mainstream Bombay Sapphire that is world renowned.. so disappointing honestly. Came from Calgary with a friend to have a beer before going out for the evening, will never come here and will never recommend it to anyone. So so bad. Only good thing was the music and the friendly waitresses, easy on the eyes ;)

Cheap frozen food that is microwaved..Will never forget..... Shepherds Pie is a dish I will never forget and no proper services with the management and Waitresses....Owner responds by asking me to fill out a form for their own improvement... what a joke. They should try to compensate the VERY POOR Quality Food they served first instead asking me for more at my expense...I’ll NEVER GO BACK....I travel a lots... all over North America and world.... but this restaurant is one of the worst money grabbing place.... Fionn MacCool’s located in Orillia, Ontario is the place we went to.

The food and service here are really good! After a horrible experience with Air Canada we ended staying at the Four Points and we had lunch here, our salads were really tasty and the portions were big enough. Our waitress was very friendly :) Recommended for all Canadians and passing travelers!

Service was great. It smelled really good ...fresh and new. Had fish tacos sent them back didnt seem like they were done enough...soggy batter inside. Traded up for the garlic scones they were awesome. Hubby had the wings he loved them. 😊. Had one ceasar called the kitchen sink it was awesome and one Keith's on tap both great. We will be back for sure.

Food took ages to arrive, everyone else in my part had been served first. Ordered the salmon and leek pie, and it had no salmon in it, at least none detectable to the human eye or mouth. The mashed potatoes had a glue like consistency. When I complained they offered to bring grilled salmon which I declined, but they brought anyway. Should have been offered it comped, since it was pretty much inedible.

We hosted a private party of 60+ people this past weekend. The staff were beautiful!. They went over and above to set up, organize, and deliver a delicious menu, which the manager took the liberty of printing and putting on all of our tables for us. The Salmon was excellent and the pasta primavera was delicious. Areas for improvement would be the rice which some of our guest found was a little over cooked, but not bad. Overall a wonderful experience with a very professional staff serving us. The area was clean and new and the guests gave us fabulous comments about the party and the venue.

Solid and HUGE fish and chips! Order the one piece unless you’re sharing!

Mediocre food complimented with HORRIBLE customer service. Added item on our bill that we never ordered. After asking the waitress to fix the bill, we noticed being overcharged for one of the daily special item on the 'fixed' bill. Talked to our waitress first and she insisted that is the right price until we requested to see the menu. We LITERALLY had to point her the item price to convince her to fix it.Neither did the floor manager or our waitress bothered to apologize the entire time like it was our fault to correct them. Since when did the customers have to double check the bill to make sure they will not get scammed?

Great local Irish pub in the recently renovated Four Points Sheraton. Daily specials on food, beer, and drinks. And entertainment on Fridays.

Very disappointed... been there twice and been disappointed both times. The first time had a lamb burger, the burger was tiny... pretty much the size of a kids burger.. second time i got a bacon burger and i go to bite into the burger and noticed there was no meat patty.. unacceptable. Ive been to other fin maccools and they're a-lot better. This one just doesn't cut it.

My girlfriend and I came here on a whim, as we wanted some pub food to eat and in the neighbourhood. I ordered the Sheppard's Pie with garden salad; my better half the vegetarian and waffle fries. The food came quickly and was very tasty, the service was attentive and friendly, and the pricing reasonable. I'd certainly come back again (the rotating craft tap is certainly enticing!)

Food was typical. The lobster burger and sweet potaote fries came too about $33 with a glass of wine. Actually it was pretty alright

The staff were excellent. I went on a Saturday and they had a live band that was AWESOME. They have live band on Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays. I'll sure be coming back! The food portion was huge!

Atmosphere is awesome, food was excellent and the service better than the food. I had the Sheppards pie and was not let down. If I had a piece of Irish soda bread, I would know that I was in Dublin, Ireland. Great job!

Fish and chips had no flavor and were very greasy. Also they forgot the coleslaw. And when I asked for a to-go water, they said that it is only for dine in because its a glass cup.

Brand new establishment, very clean, great atmosphere. Celebrated a family’s birthday with good food and drink. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We will definitely go back!

Brand new location! It's is located in the newly renovated Four Points Sheraton just south of the Hwy 401off Islington Ave. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is nicely laid out. A hidden gem.

Absolutely incredible food, great beers, and a great atmosphere. Could have been an easy 5 out of 5, but service was hit and miss to say the least. Maybe management needs to train better, not really sure. When the same server forgets to ask you THREE DAYS IN A ROW how you want your eggs cooked, what kind of taters you want, and what kind of toast you want, it gets pretty tiresome. Waiting 20 minutes for the bill too, had to ask the hostess. Some of the staff are just terrible and really don't care about your experience there. That sucks because: The lamb was awesome, the mussels were awesome, the fish and chips were great, the crab cakes were surprisingly good, the beer was fresh and crisp, the yam fries were incredible, burgers were mint, etc, etc. Just need to get all the service staff on-board to do the bare minimum and this place would be off the charts. The cooks there deserve a raise and all the praise for sure.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Barely listened to the drink order. The beer we got was completely flat and warm, when we asked for help we got brushed off then continued to wait for 20 minutes until we gave up and left. Not impressed.

Oh what a night! We had a great time here on a casual Thursday night. I had the BBQ chicken Yorkie wrap and it was to die for. The bartender Shawntelle was warm, funny and welcoming. Ask her to tell you the one about the priest, the midget and the wrestler. She's a hoot!!

This restaurant should be a PUB only. The wait time for a meal is unacceptable. They make you wait even when they have 2 guests. The fastest thing to order is a drink....please remove Restaurant from the name. To order over the phone is even worse. Waitress change daily.....horrible service not to mention tooooooo expensive $20.00 for a Cob Salad?????????? terrible for the quality...new name: FIONN MACCOOL'S PUB!!!!!!! I ordered over the phone and when I went to pick up my order, They advised that they were sold out. Ridiculous. Is it normal that employees drink on the job? well at Fionn's they do.....AVOID this place

Great for a casual meal. Comfortable seating, TVs in the background. Has a great selection of comfort food with different specials every night. Staff was really friendly and helpful even when they were really busy.

The breakfast here was fantastic.

Edit, huge mistake tried the steak on night two so chewy and terrible. Had the nachos they came out luke warm. Lacked meat and cheese avoid the nachos if you're stuck eating here. I'd suspect the rest of the food is terrible if they can't figure out how to make nachos.
